Sarah’s diver paintings are about being present and feeling fully alive. She says “I have always enjoyed watching the cliff divers. The training and discipline it takes is enormous. The adrenaline rush, excitement, fear and so many more feelings packed into just a few seconds. “Having a past as a gymnast and dancer I feel like I can relate to the divers, there is some similarity.”
